In M.S construction comprising of multi stages with bottom jacketed for indirect heating, also provided with sparging steam arrangement in 2nd stage onward. Provided with centrally rotating shaft with scrapper arms in each stage to ensure proper heating of material and proper material movement from one stage to other.
Each stage is provided with level controlling arrangement, which is connected to discharge door to ensure desire contact and desolventisation. Final stage is provided with special discharge arrangement. Complete with drive arrangement comprising of Gearbox, flame proof motor also provided with vapour outlet arrangement.
